Data model

Solid boxes are Catalogue of Life types; dashed are external. Taxa carry the classification through schema:parentTaxon and cite their source dataset with schema:isPartOf. Names hold the cross-links out to ITIS, BOLD, MolluscaBase and Index Fungorum. GBIF backbone identifiers point in to taxa via schema:sameAs.
